The People Behind Apricate
Joel Schafer
Founder & Lead Host
Originally from Michigan, Joel's passion for golf brought him to Arizona in 1998. After a career in the golf business and now retired from the PGA of America as a life member, he brings twenty years of hospitality expertise to every property. As an Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host, Joel leads Apricate Rentals across the Phoenix market and the White Mountains, including Show Low, Pinetop, and Lakeside.
