We loved our stay in Fountain Hills! The house was beautiful as was the pool. …and we loved our time relaxing by the pool! Plenty of privacy with so many bathrooms and bedrooms if you are traveling with family/friends. Just 25-30min from Phoenix airport and scenic 2hr drive to Sedona. We cannot wait to stay here again! We had a very relaxing time staying at Joel’s place. It was perfect for our family of 8. The kids enjoyed the pool very much and we all had enough room with privacy. Quiet neighborhood and minutes away from amenities.
House was very nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in half the house and it could not be replaced until after we left. I suggest upgrading the TP. You could see through it so thin, and have at least a couple of boxes of kleenex in master bath rooms.
