Modern Desert Escape/Sleeps up to 8/Pool & Hot Tub

The house was so pretty, it matched up to the pictures on airbnb. However, the house was really close to the neighbors which i didn’t expect based on the airbnb listing. Because of that, although the house can host upto 8 people, the neighborhood is very quiet and not conducive for groups more than 4 or people with kids. Playing music from the pool tv or 3+ kids playing around the pool is loud enough to warrant the neighbors to report noise complaints even during the day. Just fyi

We enjoyed a local staycation here for the holiday weekend and it was PERFECTION!! The home is stunning and while the photos of the home are great the home itself is even better! It is in a beautiful part of Fountain Hills with an amazing view! The home is beautifully decorated and appointed and you won't need anything except your swimsuit and sunscreen. The backyard is wonderful with a great pool, hot tub, lots of outside seating options and an outside TV that was great to watch movies in the evening and to listen to music from while floating in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of sleeping options if you have a larger family/group. The kitchen is also amazing and we cooked most of meals there and everything had been thought of that you could need. We highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!!

My wife and I were down in AZ for a babymoon and to meet some family and this Airbnb was incredible for our stay. The house was spotless when we arrived and Joel was a great host providing everything we needed, which really wasn’t much since everything was well organized and communicated from the start. The pool with the basketball hoop was fun and the hot tub was great to sit in once the sun went down. Also, the TV on the back patio is huge, so you’re able to watch it from either the pool or the hot tub if you wish. It’s also worth sitting on the front patio area above the garage on a clear night as you’ll be able to see the Phoenix Mesa metro in the distance with the night sky above you. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. We usually make it down to AZ once a year, so I hope this listing is around for while because I will definitely be considering this Airbnb in the future!
